The long awaited Fallout helmet is finally here! The classic T-45 power armor helmet is done and it looks amazing!!! We honestly worked really hard on this one to get right as there are not a lot of good references so we were constantly changing things to make sure to get it just right! I think you will have to agree with me that we succeeded in making it look awesome!

So for functionality we made the both the left light and the right light be able to hold real lights so you can make them light up!!! Of course, this is optional but if you want the real the real deal, your gonna have to add those lights!

Features:

  • -Both lights can light up

  • Non-light up option available

  • Includes mesh and normal visors

  • Fits a 24" head size

  • Fits an X1C sized printer

  • Includes assembled version for sizing

I hope you guys enjoy this helmet and I also hope you all are fallout fans as we plan on making more stuff from that universe. We will are about to start making the T-45 Power armor and other things so be on the look out! Happy printing!

in bambu studio and orca its showing 2015 Non-manifold edges and broken mesh. None of the repair functions will work, they just stall forever. Any thing can be done sir?

This is amazing. I will 100% be getting round to making this, and potentially the full suit. I stopped myself making Ironman as there are so many but you really don't see too many Brotherhood of Steel stomping around :D Honestly my Mrs is not gonna be too thrilled with you Mitch lmao, keep it up!

Hello how to assemble the pipes on each side of the helmet no pico to glue them thank you

I like this design, it looks better than the one I have been using. I would just print it without the lights and use repurposed flashlights for those.

in the process of doing the glue up and theres not a spot to connect hoses to the back canister part. the magnetic holes are cut out on the hoses, but not the canister. It needs to be magnetic in order to get the whole helmet off
