And here we have it! Tayla's ref sheet wehn she was a Mao scout, and here we have some info about those that curious to know about her:

-Age: 24 (went she was a Scouter)

-Height: 5.5 feet tall (1.68 meters tall, before the gene enhancement).

-Likes:  Tuna, Sandwiches, Pizza, Electro Swing music, Dark Western music, Techno/Trance music,  Video Games, Soap Baths, Action Movies.

-Dislikes:  Veggies (if they are not baked over with cheese),  Screaming Babies, Insects.

Side Note:

-Species:  The Maozhanshin are a species of anthromorphic cats which became a race of space pirates after their males were killed by a bio-attack from another species. Now the former Maozhanshin Dynasty of honorable warriors became the largest military organized pirate army in history of the quadrant. The females hunt down compatible males to reproduce. Due to the gene lack since the bio-attack to reproduce males, only females are born. They have a never ending quest to find the missing genome to get a normal living species again.

Origins

Tayla being born into the Mao Dynasty, she became a warrior because of the sequency program that chooses fit Mao that have combat potential. While not high in combat rank, Tayla's agility, speed, reaction time and her keen senses got her into the scouting forces. 

Scouts live for reconnaissance and sniper missions and most are specialists in gathering information on troop movement or to take out single targets. Tayla was very good in both, but her missions often led miles into enemy terretory without any backup. This lead through an intense training, gaining her more and more successfull missions and a reputation in her military unit. Her quick decisions often led to a more successful mission, and this helped her also to survive the attack of the Chao´mo, the demonic cyborg cat that has been hunting their troops when the Maos invaded the earth mining colony on Estrada. 

While Tayla had no personal doing with the Chao´mo at the beginning of her missions, it quickly became a personal matter of honor and strategy to outgun or outrun this monstrosity. After her initial phase, Tayla gained the title of Elite Recon, gaining a new suit with smaller but more powerful energy capacitor, more armor protection by newest technology and new weapons. Being known as the "Ghost" or "Phantom" of the battlefield, Tayla quickly became the arch nemesis of the Chao´mo also known as Jaze.

What Tayla lacks in strength and healing abilities compared to Jaze, she makes it up with her wits, gadgets and quick tactical decisions. Tayla is the only Mao who does not entirely fear a close combat encounter with Jaze, who has became into the equivalent of a "bogeyman" for the Maos.
