WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? (Patreon)

Curiously, I've had a bunch of people asking me lately to do more YouTube Shorts again, as they enjoyed me popping up in their Shorts browsing experience. Which is funny, because the reason I stopped doing the Shorts format was because of people complaining that they didn't like the format and preferred normal videos. I guess you really can't please them all. I do think Shorts kinda sucks on Desktop and has some other issues I hope they address but honestly I don't hate Shorts in general, there was a reason I stuck with it for hundreds of videos. I might go back to doing them, at least sometimes, especially because, and I'll be honest with you here, I hear YouTube is going to enable Shorts monetization soon. Hey, if I liked the format anyway and it was most of my channel and now it'll actually pay, I could see myself going back to it.

I've been wanting to do this gag forever, where it just plays on people expecting the Grabbag finisher, to never deliver it, not even late. But only recently did I realize the perfect addition to it: to use the Shorts format, which (for now) doesn't let people seek on the time bar, so they're forced to just stare into Duke's cold sunglasses and sit with the thought for the entire duration. That's beautiful. Seemed like the perfect opportunity to dip my toes back into Shorts for the first time in a while.
