Rev up the hldj (Patreon)

This was actually going to be posted in a few days, but I loved how it came out so much that I couldn't wait and bumped it ahead of everything else. Definitely one of my all-time favorites. Perhaps just because I like Cotton Eye Joe so much. That's good enough reason for me, I'm okay with that.

I assume this video is going to get detonated due to copyright something or other. I dunno how any of it works. Hopefully perhaps by completely ruining the audio, the automated systems that detect and annihilate videos using songs won't be able to pick up on it. Whatever, I actually don't care, whatever happens, it was worth it. I asked myself before doing the video if I should do it at all, because I knew I'd have to use Cotton Eye Joe, and I knew it'd probably get copyright something'd. But I decided Cotton Eye Joe is worth the sacrifice. Always. Besides, I still don't monetize or run ads on the YouTube channel at all, so more than likely all they do is just slap ads on the video which they get money from. It's happened a couple times before, it's not like a channel strike or anything. All the more reason for folks to use adblock I suppose.
