Thanks to all the suggestions over the past week, both on the post as well as via private messages. I wasn't able to include everyone's suggestions, but I hope you feel there's plenty of choice here!

EPILOGUES & ALT-ENDINGS:

Alien Space Babe Alt ending: Derek ends up getting infected by the device but instead of the mating protocol it chooses the warrior protocol, Thinking he’s the cause of this mess Derek forces Chad to come along on a road trip to find the crash site while Derek starts slowly turning into a dominant Amazonian alien space babe with the desire to put Chad in his place and make him her submissive conquest

South of the Border alt ending: Josefine is return to her original male state and the other sister is stuck as a latina

Wong From White: David finds another charm from a different culture that he hopes could overwrite the previous effect but instead it turns him into a bombshell mixed race (Chinese/Authors choice). At least he isn’t forced into a marriage but his new looks are attracting attention that he isn’t opposed to.

Clubbing Forever Epilogue: After what seems like forever, salvation may come for Janine and I when a strange woman claiming to be a “wandering witch” investigates the strange magic radiating from the strip club.

Brood Planet Epilogue: with more of Heather's and Ethan's perspectives The story starts with the family adjusting to the environment of outer space and being able to more freely move about due to the reduced gravity as they are in the middle of traveling to a new world to begin Zaar colonization. Heather as Hive Administrator is assigned to take on several of her former neighbours and former husband Ethan as concubines to breed them in order to produce more specialized Zaar units and hive administrators. Ethan and Heather must adapt to their newly swapped roles from what they had.

Meteor Woman - Epilogue: Kara/Meteor Woman is surprised to find herself having to mentor another's hero's teenage sidekick. Unfornately, this young man is a little too much of a fan of Meteor Woman, and hijinks ensue as she tries to be an upstanding heroine instead of an object of male gaze.

Merging Lives - Alt Ending: We see the new things that Myra and Paul have gotten into. As well as seeing the twins and the siblings they have as well as Myra and Paul’s kid with Cindy.

Friends Are Family: (EPILOGUE) The wishing stone appears and Amy, Naomi, and Tim are in the woods at the trail where they found her at the end, but it’s a 5 or 10 year time skip, and temporarily the wishing stone turns Naomi and Amy back into David and Matthew but only temporarily as all three try to give Tim’s a kind of friendship day and reflect on the changes they’ve been through as women before transforming back into their roles as stepsister and mother with Matthew coming to terms with his changes(maybe even seeing his parents for a bit to say goodbye before being Amy again). I’d say even Mel appears and is revealed to have been gender changed by Tim’s wish that made her into a girl before she spoke to him.

Alternate ending for the The Waterboy's Woman: Watergirl's Men: Eric isn’t immune to the feminizing pills, and after explaining them to Sean and Tyrone is pressured into taking one, resulting in them having a threesome that night with Eric as Erica, a shy, but hot and buxom nerdy girl. This develops into a love triangle between Tyrone, Sean and Erica as both the swimmers catch feelings for her, while Erica isn’t sure what to do.

ORIGINAL STORIES:

A Heart's Virtuous Soul (Explorer to Female Knight TG): A cave explorer who falls into a hidden cavern and meets a tragic woman knight spirit who was betrayed and needs his help to prevent a catastrophe that is coming to her world. He allows the spirit to join his body and changes him into a female version of himself. but keeps all of his mental faculties but gains all her knowledge. But because she was a spirit for a long time joining him would take all her remaining strength and she won’t be able to help him for a time till she regains her strength through his spirit bolstering hers.

Tattoo Gun (TG) Tattoo artist saves the life of a wandering witch, in return she enchants his tattoo gun to be able to create magical tattoos that can fundamentally change a person. Luckily months and plenty of practice later his former macho school bully has come to get a tattoo because of his good reviews. Changing him one tattoo at a time until he's transformed into his shortstack Asian punk girlfriend.

New School Year, New Better You (TG):  As a pair of college sweethearts begin to move back into their rooms at their respective Greek Life houses, they each find an item left for them by one of last year’s graduates. These items change the other plain Jane and average Joe into the new power couple of a manipulating queen bee brat and her himbo boytoy boyfriend.

Foxy New Look (Man to Anthro Fox Girl TFTG): A guy opens a strange package received at his house by his roommate and ends up fully wrapped up in ribbons and immobile and transformed into a anthro fox girl. The worst part is that he's his new bodys in heat and the ribbons are teasing all his new sensitive parts. Its even equipped with a vibrator at a low buzz which makes her squirm even more. By the time his roommate gets home (s)he's a moaning mess and begging for her to help his him with his needs.

Three's Company (TG): For three brothers in college, everything in life seems to be going perfectly. They're all rising sports stars, they're dating the hottest girls on campus, and their fourth roommate is even the nerd they used to force to do their homework back in high school. But when one of the triplets is diagnosed with Lumins, they quickly realize they all have it, and begin transforming into a trio of sexy geeky girlfriends for the guy who's life they've made a living hell for the last few years.

Impish Desires (Fantasy Woman TFTG): Wizard wants to create/conjure the perfect woman to be his wife and he has his familiar, an imp or goblin, prepare the necessary ritual. As the wizard performs the ritual he finds himself turning into a buxom young woman, and realises he's been tricked, turning into his familiar's perfect woman, but she's too aroused by her companion to care. Raunchy escapades follow.

The Archivist Spell (Librarian TG): A guy walks into a library, sees a spellbook and reads a spell, not believing it to be real. And now everytime he either has sex or masterbates he slowly, bit by bit tfs into a sexy redheaded librarian.

Infiltration (Femme Fatale TF): Law enforcement has been trying for months to bring down a city-wide criminal operation. Detective Smith has a family amulet that lets the user switch genders and has a plan to infiltrate the group and get evidence.

Nightfox (Catburglar TG): A security guard tries to stop the night fox after she robbed the business he was guarding, he grabs the pendant shaped as a fox she was wearing before she escapes in her bike leaving him with the pendant in his hand. Later on he tries to wear the necklace with the fox pendant and its transformed into an athletic yet voluptuous woman with enhanced senses, when he is fired from his job he decides to use the power of the pendant to rob a bank, he suceeds but as he escapes he is intercepted by the ratman, the city dark vigilante and the nightfox enemy/lover.

Drawn Into the Book (FtM): A single woman disappointed with the bad string of charmless men she dated becomes entranced by the handsome, dashing male lead in a romance novel. And as she reads it more and more, she slowly transforms into him.
