Thanks to all the suggestions over the past week, both on the post as well as via private messages. I wasn't able to include everyone's suggestions, but I hope you feel there's plenty of choice here!

EPILOGUES & ALT-ENDINGS:

Brood Planet Epilogue: with more of Heather's and Ethan's perspectives The story starts with the family adjusting to the environment of outer space and being able to more freely move about due to the reduced gravity as they are in the middle of traveling to a new world to begin Zaar colonization. Heather as Hive Administrator is assigned to take on several of her former neighbours and former husband Ethan as concubines to breed them in order to produce more specialized Zaar units and hive administrators. Ethan and Heather must adapt to their newly swapped roles from what they had

Friends Are Family: (EPILOGUE) The wishing stone appears and Amy, Naomi, and Tim are in the woods at the trail where they found her at the end, but it’s a 5 or 10 year time skip, and temporarily the wishing stone turns Naomi and Amy back into David and Matthew but only temporarily as all three try to give Tim’s a kind of friendship day and reflect on the changes they’ve been through as women before transforming back into their roles as stepsister and mother with Matthew coming to terms with his changes(maybe even seeing his parents for a bit to say goodbye before being Amy again). I’d say even Mel appears and is revealed to have been gender changed by Tim’s wish that made her into a girl before she spoke to him.

Friends Are Family: (ALT ENDING) Instead of Amy getting pregnant, she gets even more older into her forties or fifties along with Naomi getting older by several years or younger maybe or more but finally a ranger. Possibly or not fully Chinese as Amy becomes her sister and aunt to Tim too instead of a stepsister or she could continue to be his stepsister.

New Nurse Alt Ending: Turns out Maddie is bisexual, with similar taste to David, and they end up sharing Brianne.

Team Player Alt Ending Instead of turning into a Bimbo Richard ends up turning into a shy and petite bookworm.

Working Man Epilogue: It’s been a year since Britney has become Manuel, and, despite herself, has gotten use to her new life; but she still misses her old life and family. On his day off, Manuel finds the Wandering Witch, hoping she can help him, either by reversing the changes (which she can’t), or helping her be able to have a new family (because she likely is struggling with her sexuality even after the change).

Third Bad Wish Alt Ending: What if Danny used his wish after Lenneth and used his wish correctly, transforming Lenneth into a genie HE finds super sexy, fulfilling his every perverted sexual fantasy with unlimited wishes 'I dream of Jeannie' style.

Turning Into My Girlfriend's Mom mid-quel: summarises Zeynep's series of events after she flees with Peter's DNA in her system and how she slowly becomes the new-Peter, and what that transformation process was like for her and the type of mischief she got herself into before she finds herself meeting back with her daughter and the new-Zeynep (where she gets captured)

Alternate ending for the The Waterboy's Woman: Watergirl's Men: Eric isn’t immune to the feminizing pills, and after explaining them to Sean and Tyrone is pressured into taking one, resulting in them having a threesome that night with Eric as Erica, a shy, but hot and buxom nerdy girl. This develops into a love triangle between Tyrone, Sean and Erica as both the swimmers catch feelings for her, while Erica isn’t sure what to do.

ORIGINAL STORIES:

Changing Colony (Men to Women & Beasts of Burden): A new military colony goes awry when a powerful god-like entity views them as unable to thrive. Slowly, half the colony begins turning female, with an unbearable need to breed. A small portion of the colony begin turning into intelligent but alien beasts of burden, there to produce milk, woolly fur, and young. The colony must adapt, becoming a new civilisation with quite the population boom.

Drawn Into the Book (FtM): A single woman disappointed with the bad string of charmless men she dated becomes entranced by the handsome, dashing male lead in a romance novel. And as she reads it more and more, she slowly transforms into him.

A Farmer's Wish (Farmer to Multi TFTG): A middle-aged farmer wishes that he was able to attract a lover one night, but unfortunately for him he does not wish specific to his own sex or species. The next day, he finds himself becoming the ideal "lover" of a neighbor widow he likes, but after they have sex he transforms back shortly after. He then learns that this doesn't just apply to women as he becomes the ideal young woman of one of his farm hands, and then he eventually realizes to his shock it even applies partly to his own animals, with his body taking on hybrid forms . . .

Kobold Khaos: (Kobold TFTG) a rpg player Comes to a board game table to play with a new group and a new Dm. But he finds out when the DM has magic that can make the game real and he ends up in the body of his 4ft tall pink scaled female kobold character. Another issue is that he is the only one at the table who made a female character and female kobolds are extremely fertile and lustful in this world so his goals and urges with the rest of the party seem to change the longer (s)he's on this adventure to slay an evil wizard.

Lumin's Harem: IT technician/Web designer's best friend who lives interstate catches Lumins syndrome. He wants to help him survive with his personality intact so he makes a website with encouraging videos embedded in it. He's surprised when weeks later his friend shows up at his home wanting to be his new fantasy girlfriend. Addicted to the power of changing someone, he alters the videos to encourage certain changes in others in order to recruit more Lumin's sufferers into becoming his harem of online social media models.

Plainer and Jainer (Man to Plain Jane Nerd Girl): college douche frat boy contract lumins but instead of a blonde bimbo. He is tf'ed into a plain jane nerd. who falls in love with a loner college boy whom everyone on campus, including the professors, assumes is an asshole. But really is really lonely and has a heart of gold.

The Purpose of Probes (Man & Woman to Fertile Alien Chicks): Marcus and Haley are walking home from university together. Marcus has a crush on his friend, but she only views him platonically. But any possible romance is cut short when both are abducted by aliens who wish to turn them into beautiful and fertile alien women, blue-skin and tentacle hair and all, in order to breed more of their kind!
