February Updates (Patreon)

Things have been terribly quiet from me here for the past month or two and I'd like to give you all a better more lengthy update on things.  SO starting off, belated Happy New Year and Lunar New Years from me. I hope you have all been doing well!

Around mid December I got pretty sick from covid, and just repeatedly kept getting bad flu symptoms in the weeks afterwards for basically a straight full month till mid January. So I got very little done in that time and was mostly just recovering and colouring that whale piece.

In January I did resume working on several things, and tried to resume wheel streams, but after having taken such a long sick break I felt really out of practice with my muscle memory and it put me in a bit of a drawing rut for the remainder of the month. Overall art just wasn't coming out the way I wanted, to put it bluntly. So I took more of a break and revisited games with friends, fixed my bed which has been broken for like half a year, did a lot of cleaning I put off, also fixed my stream overlay arm configuration and on the side, attempted to work on whatever I could of the easier bigger queue stuff, be it colouring or simple inking.

I still feel very behind on where I could, but I have a few things I will be posting up here for you guys shortly. I unfortunately haven't really been in the right mindset to really do more long form streaming where I pump out piece after piece. I've been dealing with a lot of stressful personal family issues in the background. I've tried to tune it out most days but it's taken it's toll on my mental health and it can be very crippling some days.

Still I appreciate all the support, haven't been behind on commissions were it not for you guys I would be in a much worse place. So thank you.

I will do my best to do more sketch streams and try to resume doing a Saturday Picarto Wheel schedule. I can't really guarantee it yet due to health problems giving me vision strain a lot recently but I'll do my best.
