Tanning – Process Video (Patreon)

Shading part, from flat color to finished. First half is the core shading, the second part is mostly detailing, which also takes a lot of the whole process. This is my simple shading technique, but I need to be more ordered with layers overall x_x.

After this I made small contrast and color corrections in Photoshop. 

Sorry if the canvas looks too small here, I sometimes use to paint zoomed out to see how each new painted part affects the whole painting, and then at the end zoom in to rectify rough details. Will try to make more close ups on later videos.
