In the chapters where we meet Hydrea and her lovely daughter Hestia in the kingdoms of the Amazons, we eventually have the climax with Ann dethroning Hydrea and and claiming her gorgeous long natural crown as her own.
She uses it to craft a garment that becomes the Royal garment of the queen of the Amazons. Ann is then declared the rightful ruler of the Amazone Kingdom and institutes Ron as her husband and the legitimate King of the Amazons.

Ann doesn’t spend all her time in this world though, she only visits on occasions, leaving the actual governing to a trusted Amazone warrior that has Ann’s interest and respects Ann completely.

I thought you wanted to see this version of Ann.

And no, Kim is not by default the heir to Ann’s throne. Ann only counts the children she has with Ron as potential heirs to this throne.
