A little more information perhaps.

Bellatrix mind and body has been disconnected. She is still in there, but she has no power over her body whatsoever.

It’s not the Imperio curse, as she can’t fight this curse mentally and this curse is unbreakable. It sorta puts her mind in a box in her brain, and she becomes a mindless doll that only responds to a ‘master’. Like a puppet on strings.

A little dark maybe, but… I guess I am a somewhat dark place at the moment.
Then again… Bellatrix is one my top 3 most love to hate character in the franchise.
