I came up with this when I saw some pictures on Twitter. I sorta thought, the Rockwallers does that too. But I thought, what if they all do it at the same time at the same place, and all to the same guy… but they just doesn’t know they are all hots for the same guy?

I mean… all but Tonnie. She knows her BonBon is crazy about Ron, just like she is herself - or as she calls him - her fiancé ♥️

Connie and Lonnie I wanted in a usual fashion and yet with my own personal take on their original design. You know I am difficult 😣.
See I once heard an author tell, that the way our stories (she was talking about our myths - Nordic myths in this case) are evolving is by the way we tell them. We take them, retell them, and put our own spin on them, by that way to make them our own.
Likewise art should evolve as well, as it has for many many years.

A fun story:

In my art class at high school I was actually told about a case of a statue by a danish artist that back in the 1930’s had to immigrate to America - as many did btw - but he was literally chased out of Denmark because of his obscure statues. They were censured to the degree as fore-mentioned the artist had to flee. He left a ton of his work unfinished and a lot was confiscated. And only back in the mid 2010‘s were some of these statues discovered at Police stations where they had been locked up… 😳 They were immediately put on a display for a while before they were donated to the artists grandchildren - in America. There they were sold I believe for a huge amount of money.

I don’t remember the name of the artist, I only remember the story.
That’s how annoying my brain is. I remember all the story, but I forget names.

About the drawing.

Connie.

Connie I wanted to stand in a collected and calm position. Signifying her collected and calm personality.
Her color is a cooler violet than her mothers warm purple. Again, to bring in a symbolic of intelligence, as the color blue is more prescribed towards intelligence.

Lonnie.

She has my go to tongue out her mouth, and wide open jaw to provoke, and a hand grasping her soft flesh.
Lonnie as the blonde in the bunch got a hot pink color, much like Ann Possible’s favorite color.
Lonnie’s phone cover has the letters L and R on it. That is meant to tease. It stands for both Lonnie Rockwaller and Lonnie/Ron.

Bonnie.

She is almost crawling up onto the sink to show how she longs for Ron.
Now if she appears to be mirroring her mom that is by design. I see Bonnie sorta like Tonnie’s little clone.
I gave Bonnie a baby pink bikini that is strings and napkins. Much like Lonnie’s.

Tonnie.

Well, the Matriarch had to wear something that made her stand out from her girls.
Her outfits color is my favorite color by the way. Not so surprising I put her in it. She is my favorite after all.

Background.

That one was a little tricky.
Because the more I wanted to draw the more attention it took from the girls. So I decided to blur it out.
I went with a bathroom because… where else would there be a big enough mirror in the Rockwaller household?

Pretty much every room, those girls love their mirrors so… URGH! I hate it when logic derails my decision-making. 😑

Anyhoo - wow I ended up writing a novel, sorry about that.
