I think I have had my fill of drawings. I just wanted to make a full colored drawing of the Patil Girls. They deserve it. And damn was this one amazingly fun.
I love how the background turned out, sadly… I have absolutely no idea how the heck I made it happen.

I have always loved the Patil twins a lot from the HP franchise, not as much as other girls, but definitely at the top ten - both of them, they are twins, they share one spot. I also loved how they got into two different Houses. Padma went to Ravenclaw (girl on the left) and Parvati went to Gryffindor (girl on the right).

Red and blue are not complimentary colors so they actually goes rather well together - when done right. Rowling actually placed a lot of complimentary symbolism in her color descriptions. Harry’s go to spell is described as red, Voldemort’s is described as green. Voldemort’s eyes are red, Harry’s are green. Harry went to Gryffindor (red) Voldemort went to Slytherin (green).

It’s almost at a point where it gets a little comical - but I guess the struggle really had to be spelled out.

There was something else I also wanted to sorta point out… How Gryffindor is portrayed as a Gold lion (first place) Slytherin as a Silver snake (second place) Ravenclaw a Bronze Eagle (third place) and Hufflepuff a black badger (I guess legendary place, LOL, Love you all Hufflepuffs) hehehe, there was just so many things I loved to find in the books, and sometimes I still get puzzled over it.
