SIMS 4 - MISSING GAME CONTENT (Patreon)

Hey folks.

I encourage you to check your game library in the EA app.

There are 2 kits in mine that aren't showing as in my library, when I purchased them back in 2021, which is confirmed on my EA online account. I've sent in the information for help.

I don't really know what prompted me to check, but I'm glad I did!

UPDATE: All I had to do to refresh which games I own was clear the cache on the EA App. All is well. The steps are below. The app will restart so don't be alarmed if it appears to shut down.
