So after about a month of trying to eat better and walk every day, I've lost ... zero weight. I've also come to learn that exercise is practically non-needed to lose weight, so all I've managed to do is hurt my knees. Quite pissed about that.

So, I'm starting again, this time making sure I cut calories much more, and I keep track of them much more. Once I lose some actual weight, I can exercise much easier, and then maybe get it to snowball.

In the meantime, doing ANYTHING while cutting calories proves to be a giant challenge. Writing, games, chores, all of it becomes a big challenge when all I can think about is food and how hungry I am.

Still, I've been casually writing a little, so I've got something to share.
