Lightning Cutter Chakram: One-Sided. (Patreon)

A lot of fun with this one, I really enjoyed getting the design down and try to capture a lightning bolt across a curved surface. Hope you like it!

Description:

This is an obscurely shaped Chakram as the circle makes way for a hand grip, leaving pointed corners. This odd shape is only possible through the aid in stability and flight by magic. There are four elemental crystal along the inner edge that periodically spark with a crackle of lightning from which this deadly blade draws its name.

Tabs:

• This Chakram deals an additional 1d6 Lightning damage on Hit.
• Returning: This weapon returns to the user’s hand after being used for a Range Attack. If there is no Free Hand, it will fall at their feet.
• Arcing Bolt: As an Action, the user throws this Chakram full arc, causing a beam of lighting to arc from them to the weapon. Any creature caught within the 60ft Cone must make a DC:15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 5d10 Lighting Damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. Once this feature is used, it cannot be used again until the next Dawn.
