Wave Breaker Shield: Art (PNGs) (Patreon)

Greetings All!

Back at it, feuling my shield addiction! I am going to try to get out two Uncommon (with a possible Common Variation) items this week, to balance some of the heavy Rare output lately. This being the first of those.

I had been wanting to do another water based shield after the sea adjacent All Hands, and the visual of a turtle shell shield has always been a strong contender. Pushing the top boundaries of Uncommon, as a +1 shield they two additional abilities are a much weaker take on a certain  Underwater Helm & Manta Ray Cloak.
