State of the Dungeon: April 2021. (Patreon)

Greetings All!

This will be a ‘State of the Dungeon’ for this month and a small update for the year. As always, this is to let everyone know where we are, what’s already finished, and (better yet) what is coming!

Anniversary: HAPPY ONE YEAR OF PATREON! counting the small break to work on Muchkin Critical Role, this marks one official year of this Patreon being exclusively 5e content.

Patreon Exclusives: Next week will be the 1st Patreon Exclusive Week, meaning that while the item art will be still shown on Instagram, stats and cards will be exclusive to Patreon. I’ve been wanting to make this change for a while, and hopefully it doesn’t crash and burn. These will be shifting in to replace the CR Weeks as long as it is a viable option.

Kickstarter: Still on the list, due to prep and reaching out, this is planned for a hopeful May 15th Launch Date. The goal is to make the first 3 Decks available for print and digital purchase, and then via an ecommerce store post fulfillment.

• You will be seeing much more of this as the month rolls on, as it’s starting to come together as a project.
• One big option that is one the table is card layout changes. I have continued to experiment and will be holding votes as with the previous card updates from earlier 2021.

Discord: Still my most active area, I have expanded a channel to include Edits so that you can see items being created. There is also a $8 and up tier exclusive channel that allows for voting between the available ideas in their early stages. As it grows, I will rely on this more frequently.

• Editors & Proofreaders: If interested in either of these options, just reach out to me on here or Discord and I can add the title. You will be tagged with the server when I am diving into the finer details.

Monthly Card Batches: March 2021 will be updated this coming Friday, due to the camping trip I am currently away on. Overall, these will currently continue unchanged in upload and delivery. Though anything older than a year might be replaced or archived.

2020 Card Batch: After April 2021, this will be archived to prep for the changes and updates planned for the Kickstarter versions.

A Collected PDF Book: This is on hold until post Kickstarter, depending on developments. Upon results, I would like to continue with this, especially since text/art updates will be coming this with kickstarter.

Tier Expansions: Tier Update, still continuing these trends as able.
