Tide Master's Rapier: One-Sided. (Patreon)

Greetings All!

Sometimes simply known as Tide Master. Originally, this was going to be a basic item involving water, and the Sea Shanty craze hit me rather hard. So here it is in its Oceanic Glory.

I hope you enjoy! I based most of this off existing spells, and gave it an extra kick. This seemed to be more fun than a commonly carrying effect added to hit damage, giving it some more versatility.

To all the DM’s that will have to argue with a player that puddles or jugs are not a body of water.. I am sorry, and good luck. I leave the size and scope of the body of water up to your discretion.

• Updates!: For being recent, this had two big changes.
• Art: Line-art alteration, adjustment of water motes, orange texture on shell.
• Function: Added in the Successful Save, half damage for the last ability.
