Sawbone's Suture: One-Sided (Patreon)

 Greetings All! 

Sawbone’s Suture! With Limbcutter, of course this was going to be the next one. When I wanted something that was very specific in its final reveal, and tied to the another (the previous) item. This is where the influences of things like Hellraiser, Vampire the Masquerade, and Event Horizon stepped in for darker inspired legendary item. Hidden away from the world within an item that just begins to tap into it’s true potential, and only unlockable once you have fallen victim to it at least once. I purposely left the Fleshweaver aspect of the item open for sheer potential, letting the creativity and DM have a guiding hand in its usage.
