The chambers below reveal a slowly sinking tomb, crumbling and collapsing into the sands all around. Tales warn explorers and adventurers to avoid such places, and the hieroglyphics on the doors do the same. This place is collapsing, and worse, the air positively tingles with magics so powerful that they maintain their efficacy even now, hundreds or thousands of years since their inception. 

If the crumbling floor or cave-ins aren't dangerous enough, perhaps the stone guardians rumored to protect the hallowed dead ought serve as an argument to leave the dead, and their hidden treasures, to their rest...
