Small country roads thread through rolling hills lined with grape trellises, tart and bitter on the tongue, but perfect for the local vintners who pride themselves on their crafts, competing year in and year out for the the honor of growing the finest vintage, and know their purses will be swollen with coin if granted the title. It's a fine place to spend some down time, exploring these sunkissed hills, and spending hard-earned coin on the best wines in the realm, but even in a place like this, disaster, theft, and murder can strike, what with such a lucrative trade being carried out by peasants who can scarcely hope to afford even a bottle of the fruit of their labors, and for some reason, rumors of vampirism persist in the local taverns, hinting at a dark price of such a lifestyle, and wine that is "good enough to die for."

The final map of June is inspired quite heavily by Toussaint, and the Blood and Wine expansion that I fell in love with years ago, and have recently returned to. I hope it brings some variety and joy to your table.

Stay safe,

Ryan
