Your feet crunch on the slick, clear, frozen ice of this long frozen lake. Though the howling winds blow flurries of snow against your face, you and your party press on. The sound of a crack splintering across the ice freezes you in your tracks more than the biting cold ever could. Looking down at your feet and the splintering crack, you glimpse it through the crystalline ice. A form so monstrously gargantuan it boggles the mind, a skull the size of a house, lying frozen for an eternity beneath the surface. 

Hey all, I wanted to do a study on painting ice, and what started as a doodle turned into a map. In the end, I'm pretty please with how I was able to render the ice, and I hope you enjoy this spiritual twin of the Dragon's Rest map I posted so long ago.

I've got another map coming in a couple days, and a much more festive one than this. Talk to you all then!
