This ancient Dwarven Hold has long since been abandoned not by choice, but because of the uninvited guest drawn to the vast wealth stored in its heart. Only the most foolhardy have attempted to enter this place and reclaim or pilfer its contents for themselves, evidenced by the scorched stone at their feet.
