Castle Courtyard (Knight) (Patreon)

This old and storied castle provides a welcome and imposing sight to newcomers. Once a seat for military might and garrisons of soldiers, it has long since given up such pretense. Now, it is transformed into a lush and grandiose home of the local nobility, with carefully manicured pathways and a fine stone statue of the house's patron who oversees garden parties more often than troops these days. And yet, should the need arise, the gates can be shut, the walls manned, and the battlements readied to weather a storm of swords. But surely those barbaric days are long behind us, aren't they?

Hey all! I enjoyed making this map, though something about it isn't quite sitting right with me. It's possible I'll expand or refine it in the future, but for now, I hope you enjoy, and find a use for it at the table.
