Some say this sleepy village earned its strange name as a consequence of its proximity to that similar but legally distinct wizarding college nearby, but these days it's primarily known for its excellent alcoholic beverages, margarineale, items of magical quality, and especially the interesting and mischievous treats townsfolk dole out on Hallow's Eve.

Why, many adventurers have found that their costumes as werewolves, vampires, and mummies have become far, FAR more convincing after snacking on these treats, though the effects seem to wear off by dawn. I wonder if those effects will be more boon or curse when it comes to facing the headless horseman gamboling through the streets, looking to vent his rage on the poor townsfolk.
