How's the quality at shapeways? Consider offering the 3d file for people with 3d printers?

I know nothing about 3d files, what format would be the best? I guess :o i still need to know if this actually needs like a "investment" first, or is it -on demand- so i just upload the thing and people buy it right away. i guess that's how it works.

i already told you i would buy this. considering i have already spent 60$ on singular figurines before i am up for a similar price. and if you do preorders i will be setting aside money for it. and if they are per order i'll still buy one. xD once you get more information lets us/me know! if its within my ability to get one i will!
