I'm getting declined pledges!! (Patreon)

Ok guys, listen up here. Some people (about 6 to 8) are getting their pledges declined. I've already sent them PM's (patreon pms, which i guess they appear on your email too?? please someone confirm me this? XD) about it. For what i've seen it usually has to do with wrong credit card info, or credit cards getting expired, or not having enough funds in it. I BEG YOU please check your pm's or emails, and review your Credit card information!! There's people who have had their pledges declined TWICE IN A ROW. Meaning that they didn't read my messages for a whole month, didn't do anything about it, and they're getting it declined AGAIN this month. I'm going to start deleting patrons if this issue continues S: and that sucks!
