This was the first feature produced by Walt Disney Animation Florida, at the then named Disney/MGM Studios Theme Park at Walt Disney World. When you toured the Animation Studio, the animators were behind glass, sort of like fish in an aquarium. it was a brilliant setup and awesome to get a back stage look at the production of an animated feature. I believe Lilo and Stitch, and Brother Bear were also produced at the same facility. The unit did a lot of work on other features and shorts throughout it's short existence in Florida. Sadly, after Brother Bear, it was shut down and animators still on staff were relocated back to California.
