Sin City is worth a watch for its comic book stylization. Another average-Joe-becoming-a-hero flick you'd enjoy is "Super" from James Gunn.

Double Quicksilver! Really enjoyable movie and as you said can see the style similar to Kingsman. Always enjoy it when you have characters which are out of the norm like Hitgirl or the older women in Mad Max. The whole pretending to be gay to get the girl thing I do wonder if that's happened much. It's like a common trope but sounds dumb in so many ways and makes both people look kinda bad to me
