I think after this first season I'd say it's not been quite my vibe, feels more style over substance so far. I don't feel crazy connected to the characters and the story feels distant in my mind. Animation and creativity with it is very strong though. I think it has promise as it develops it's story and seems like it could have quite a dense sprawling one by the end, but for now I just thought it was ok. Intro is a banger tho, I played that way too much lol.

To answer your questions about smacking the cigarette packets, as I understand it, it's because the cigarettes themselves have an empty spot between the filter and te tabaco so you try and make the tabaco go down to fill the empty space in between so when you finish smoking it you can taste more of the tabaco for longer
