I loved Pop Up Pirate as a kid, might even still have it downstairs if it didn't get sold. Maybe that game is the origin of our jump scares 😂 Truly is a lot of feet recently lol. I think a lot of anime talks about the morals of killing though they often do it in different ways. AOT had the moral of killing humans and particularly of Eldians. Demon Slayer had Tanjiro with his morals and sympathy for killing the demons as they were all once humans. All very different takes and very specific to each scenario though. I do like when they put it in though, particularly when it's against a previous or modified human. Hope your hay fever dies down for you soon :)

I felt so bad for Junpei. You could definitely tell that him and Yuji hit it off and could’ve been best friends if things had transpired differently. But by him aligning himself with the villain from the get go, you just knew that he was going to be a tragic character. I think this show made it clear from the restaurant scene (a few eps back) that it isn’t afraid to kill off innocents, it’s just unfortunate that he was one of them (especially given his backstory).
