Today, I think this show made me laugh the hardest I ever have on the channel lol

I think the idea is that, though the enchiladas didn't look like they were supposed to, they tasted all right, to everyone's surprise. (They contained the right ingredients, after all -- it's just that nobody knew how to fold!) I just subscribed this week, because you're doing this series and I love your reactions. I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned that Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara (Johnny and Moira) were part of the best (IMO) sketch-comedy series of all time, SCTV (it flourished around 1980). They also participated in Christopher Guest's series of rockumentary movies like Waiting for Guffman and Best in Show. And individually they were each part of a popular movie franchise -- she as the mother in Home Alone, he as one of the fathers in American Pie.
