Made sure to edit this one before I get back to filming and editing anything else :)

Had a lot of fun making this! Not sure why my the camera quality got a bit weird in some lighting but I am still new to vlogs and this camera so I'll figure it out :p

Was planning on putting some of this on Youtube but I prefer making it more personal and keeping it on here, also rewards you guys for amazing support which I am so grateful.

Let me know what you thought and if you want to see more videos like this as it is something I want to try and make more of in the future!

Ana Mendes

Hope you enjoyed your time here! 😊

Hardeh

Thanks for the vlog glad u had a good time

Ana Mendes

Gotta give you props for getting in the water. I’ve lived here all my life and I only dip my toes. The water is so cold my bones hurt. 😂🥶

Jordy Van T Zand

I really enjoyed this a lot. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love watching your reactions and I know you try to be as open and genuine as you can during them, but there’s only so much that you can show us from inside your room. With this I feel we get a little bit more of an inside look in who you are as a person and I really like that!😊

harexx

waiting for the maca root sponsorship one day

Dbank.

Oh this is a change, im really happy for u dude :D, love ur reactions and ur channel alot. U suit vlogs alot, u do u, i enjoyed so much.

SebScreen

For sure, I want to do more for that reason and maybe the occasional stream when I get some time 🙂

harexx

only got through less than half the vlog but the definition of good chaotic energy lol. seb screen going international

Shawn Looney

Great vlog...would love to hear more about your art house and indie film interests...maybe a reaction video of the oscar nominated shorts each year would be fun. Also, if you've never been before, the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in September is a great one. It's probably the most accessible film festival out there for the public. I've seen some great world and North American premieres there including Requiem for a Dream and tons of other stuff I would have never seen on my own. Plus, Toronto is a great town. My suggestion is to grab a film buddy and spend the full ten days there.

Greta Sandberg

Such wise words in the Q&A, you’ve really grown Seb!

Davide

Long vlog about my country, great. I can't wait to watch it when I get home.

Elsa

you're twenty TWO? that's made me feel old

Davide

Occasional streams would be great. We get to know more about you that way. Just remember to not make them too regular, since you concluded that was bad for you.

Jeff Cabrera

It’ll happen, and the day he secures that bag he’ll have the last laugh 💰🤑 lol

Kevin

Shut up youre my age and you look like that? Teach me your ways 😵‍💫😵‍💫😍🤣

Kyndra Carr

youre so handsome! thanks for uploading this :D

Samuel

SebTravelVlog should become a thing ^_^ Would be fun to see a vlog with you at a convention if you ever get the chance - I mean, one where Chris Evans will be at of course :P

Kyndra Carr

Sees seb take off shirt and get in water...understand why everyone is staring

Davide

I watched half the vlog. So you made your first trip on your own (for more than a night) be one to another country. That makes it harder and you appear to have done great. I think it's natural to feel like you can't fill the whole day when you're alone (so you don't spend time chatting with people) and you're in a part of Portugal that doesn't have much to do besides go to the beach. The first time you said Vilamoura was correct. Between that and carro, you nailed the two ways to pronounce the r in Portuguese. If you stick to learning Portuguese, I'd be interesting to see your evolution. Your genetics must have actually protected you from a worse sunburnt. There's plenty of British people who look like a lobster after a single beach day in Portugal. The water was 17C in southern coast, I think. Which is cold, but yes, the killer thing is the wind. That means you got the proper Portuguese beach experience, it doesn't count if you don't barely escape hypothermia (disclaimer: yes, this is an exaggeration, Seb wasn't actually in risk of hypothermia).

Tim

Long time subscriber on YouTube, but became a patron to watch this vlog. Thanks for sharing!

Davide

Seb was on the south coast, wind isn't common over there in the Summer. I haven't been there on this time of the year, but I'm sure it happens more. But, on the west coast, we get a wind more often, even in the Summer. The problem is when the wind comes from the north. That's a cold wind and can ruin a good beach day. And I'm from the north of the country where the water is most commonly 15C, a couple degrees lower than Seb got.

Anonymous

I guess maybe I have taken the beaches near me in the UK for granted a bit. Other than windy days, don't really get much wind on the beaches, particularly during summer months. I think my beaches are mostly wind shielded as well. Though you saying about the temperature of the water, I looked up some random website and my beaches are like 17C in peak summer so probably never warm like Portugal seas in summer I guess

Davide

In the north of Portugal, some site I saw says we get an average of 17.5C in the Summer. But in the south coast, it goes past 20C. The thing about our west coast is it's very much not wind shielded. Between that coast and the artic, going straight north, there's only ocean. But it's very common for the beach to either be good in the morning and windy in the afternoon or vice-versa.

I'm not usually a vlog type person as I find them to be a little too long at times but this was something different to enjoy and we got to learn a little more about you outside the YouTube-verse, thank you for this video! I didn't sit through the whole thing and I did skip around a bit (lol sorry, I blame ADHD) and feel like I have a lot more questions than answers. Did your family/friends ask you why you wanted to take a solo vacation to Portugal for 5 days, did they think it was weird, did they ask if they could come along so you wouldn't be alone? I've done exactly 1 solo-trip in my life and it was only for 3 days in Seattle (I'm from the East Coast) and it was the loneliest I've ever felt, but I commend you so much for having the courage at 22 to be off trekking in another country so far from home without anyone! The dinners alone at restaurants, ah you're super brave! lol I do have one advice while you're still on the young side - sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen!! I know you want to have that tanned look but sun-damage is no joke. The Sun is responsible for like 90% of premature aging, I look like I'm in my mid to late 20s but everyone is always shocked to hear that I'm almost 40 and it's all thanks to a proper skincare routine! I have friends who are in their early 30s or younger and they've already got crazy forehead wrinkles while I've got none. You probably don't have to worry about wrinkles yet but definitely take care of your skin while you can, especially if you're going to be baking in the Sun! P.S. did anyone else notice the 2 beds even though Seb's 'alone', 🔎?! LOL maybe he's saving that bed for Chris

Davide

The 2 beds thing is normal. You basically can't find hotel rooms with only 1 singles bed.

Mario

been waiting on this, appreciate you

Sarah H

I could never picture fist video Seb reading fan fic about himself in the dark on a live stream lmao

Nicely done considering you don't do vlogs often. I'll never get why you don't like the name Sebastian, lol. I've always loved that name, but to each his/her own. Liked the bits where you open up about yourself a wee bit. It's also so endearing to me that you're a bit of a feeler. It actually adds to your content, imo. The thing you mentioned about staring in different cultures was so on point. Having lived in the US my whole life, it's always jarring to me when you go to a country and people stare intensely at you. Middle East is where I felt it most, also pretty intense in Italy in my experience. Takes time before you learn to ignore it.

Mascha Brosius

oh no! :D I would love to see your reaction to Drive !!

mojpodge

Seb! you’re Iranian? :o

Loved this vlog. I'm a new to this community and it's terrific to get to know Seb. Hope to see more in the future. 😍

Rob Olivier

Wonderful vlog, Seb. I have traveled on my own in the past, just in the US, but I find it scary and thrilling as well as liberating all at the same time. Bravo to you and thank you for sharing 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😎
