That has to be one of the most heartbreaking openings so far. (Don’t get me wrong, Cal still is a shitty person, with an even shittier son, but even I have to admit his backstory is sad.) On the first watch, I didn’t pick up that both Cal and Derek had h*rd ons while they were talking about sex on the bed (which is why Derek was covering his crotch when he left and why Cal didn’t want to get up when his dad asked lol) ***On a related note, I’m convinced now that all guys on this show are gonna be “quick” 🤣 Other random thoughts: *Rue: Smh 😑🤦🏻‍♂️ *Cassie: Smh 😑🤦🏻‍♂️ *Lexi: I’m very interested to see what she’s planning 😂 I’m glad she’s getting more to do this season. *Maddie: Lmao Season 1: “B*tch, you’re my soulmate.” Season 2: “B*tch, you better be joking.” Quotable icon. I’m actually loving her even more than last season.

That was a long opening but really good. Very saucy episode 🥵. I'm not sure what I think of Cal now. He's done a lot wrong but I dunno that I think he is a bad person. He gave up his life to settle down with someone he probably didn't love, has a horrendous child and now has to deal with all this other stuff going on. Got to feel for him whatever you think of him. He's completely alone as well, haven't seen him talk normally to a single person, even his hook ups. Rue seems to be going full dangerously selfish and self-destructive addict mode. Those drugs she took is not going to end well whatever happens and I guess Fez is going to have to clear it up or attempt to at least. If anything is going to cause a potential death in the show it's got to be that situation, or Nate killing someone or killing Nate. Scat storytime, very intrigued 🤣 I see why you kept it a secret you did that degree for so long 😂 Elliot is going downhill each episode for me now. I don't really get what his intentions are. He seems like he's going to be a blackhole that is going to destroy Rue and Jules. Not just their relationship but as people as well. I feel like Jules is going to get with Elliot. I probably missed some lines and can't remember the full Special of Jules but is interesting talking about her gender expression and how she is binding and what not. Maybe she is struggling with her body or rethinking what her gender has to entail now that she is breaking free of the stereotypical femininity. I wonder if we will even see Ali after this episode again, Rue is unhelpable right now anyways

The opening scene was so hard to watch. Being in love with someone who society tells you you can't be with is so heartbreaking. That pregnancy came at such a shitty time! They barely submitted to their mutual attraction and then BAM! kid... Great reaction Seb! xoxo &lt;3

such a great episode, and i don't know if you noticed but the whole 4th wall scene with Lexi was how she "sees her life". she sees it as if she's sitting in a director's chair and her life is just a movie, and her "real" life is waiting for her.

This episode is also the beginning of my love for Lexi. Of course I really liked her character before, but this is the start of her being a boss and her moving into a lead role.

This is opener was amazing. I felt empathy for Cal for a few seconds after seeing how his life played out, thou it doesnt excuse him being a total bastard. Also, its fun to watch you try to keep in what you wanna say... im always wishing I knew what you were thinking!
