AT WORLDS END ARR! 

Had trouble following the plot a bit at points as there was a lot going on but I still had fun by the end. Would have loved a little more Sparrow though as who wouldn't right? 

Let me know your thoughts on this one and the first 3 as a whole and also if you want to see the next films in the series!

even though jack is in this one less it should be good thing. 2 and 3 start to treat jack as much more of the main character. what makes him so great in the first film is that will and Elizabeth take the limelight as the hero's of the film whilst jack is an extremely memorable supporting character. Of course to many people he became the hero of the franchise which might have resulted in the change of direction from the first film. It doesn't matter too much in 2 and 3 but in 4 and 5 it becomes one of the big issues with them

also this film is probably much more understandable on the 2nd watch, there are quite a lot of details that are hinted at but maybe not properly explained

yeah maybe it needs a rewatch to fully understand this film but it’s one of my favorites! maybe you missed 1 or 2 things about the kraken and the heart but a lot of things were happening at the same time so it is a little confusing! unpopular opinion but i like a lot the next one so i would really like to see you’re reaction but it’s okay if you want to stop here it was kinda the end of the overall storyline

I remember being in the theater thinking the same thing you said about halfway through "this is nothing like the first two. " I was majorly disappointed in this when it came out, tried to give it another go, still don't care for it, its a shame cause they started so strong. All the points to you for getting through this very confusing 3 hour movie! lol

I personally didn't really have an issue following. But I think its because I had watched the first two films many times over by the time this one came out, as opposed to watching all three for the first time in succession. This one is actually my favorite of the first three, which kind of act as a trilogy in their own right. The last two are still good but just not the same.
