I do like the way they introduced a big villain so early in the show, so often a big villain is shrouded in mystery or not even known until you get through several other smaller villains. He just so casually slaughters people and changed that guy in the street into a demon. So even though he doesn't really show that much power as much as even the demons we have seen, it still emotes his strength a lot somehow. As you said, this episode feels like it brings the plot into focus a lot more which is great, and he now has to fill out his high level blood Pokedex 😂
