This ending shot was so good! Stuff is starting to heat up (as if it wasn't already hot from bucky) and I have no idea how they are going to wrap things up with just 2 episodes left. 

You guys say Loki is so much better than this show and I LOVE this show so I am really excited to start that as well!

I remember being SO shocked with that last scene. The symbolism of the blood on the shield was on the nose. I loved to hate John Walker. Episode 5 & 6 are amazing can't wait to watch next week! TFATWS is my favourite of the marvel tv shows (love them all equally though). x

Also it was such a fun time at the beginning of the year when we were all in lockdown and waiting each Friday for a new Wandavision and then a new TFATWS was like the best part of the week 😂

I honestly don't know how they are going to finish this off in two episodes, feels like there is so much left to tie up. First scene and last scene got to be some of the best this episode. Bucky at the start got me pretty emotional. I did wonder how he was deprogrammed, I thought maybe I forgot them telling us that. Final scene with the new Cap and the bloody shield, powerful stuff. I do wonder if we will see America and the American president either disavow the new Cap because of it, or double down on it and create an atmosphere of hate towards displaced people and as always end up trickling down to other minorities. I thought at the start he could be a good person but everything since has only taken away from him and he seems ego driven and the pressure of protecting everyone and being a symbol has messed with his mind. Maybe his reasons were always to protect "his own" and he misplaced that sentiment onto Steve, idolising him for protecting America at any cost- even if that was not his reasoning. Whatever the conclusion to this show, there is going to have to be a ton of fighting and likely bloodshed to resolve it I feel now.

I don't mind too much what order you watch the movies/shows in. I know some people thought it might be a nice to break up the some of the shows with Black Widow. Something that might factor in could be your YouTube schedule. I don't know if there will be any break in the schedule over the holidays but currently your FATWS final episodes would come out on Christmas Day and depending on what you choose either the first episodes of Loki or Black Widow would be on New Years Day. I dunno if views are impacted in a good or bad way on those types of days or makes zero difference.

Loki started well for me but petered out towards the end. I am the oddity though. I want to see you watch The Mandalorian !!!!!! A new Daddy. BTW Shuri deprogrammed the WS programme when Steve left Bucky with BP. Of course Zemo breaks the serum he hates super soldiers

black widow was actually released in the time period loki was airing so you can watch it after you’ve finished this if you want to no problem👍

Literally “I hate John walker” was my pinned tweet for months. He’s definitely corrupt. Like Zemo said, there’s never been another Steve rogers. And the parallels of this show and what happens in America with racism is so clever.

I am of the opinion that this was one of the BETTER of the Marvel show. WandaVision being the best in my mind. I am enjoying ALL of them, but I loved this one a lot. Maybe it's Bucky. Could have been Sam. Hell, might even be Zemo. All those daddies can't be a bad thing ;)

What about Walker? The serum “perfected” didn’t corrupt him at all?

The thing about the super soldier serum is that this serum is the first known serum to work since Cap, the last attempt that we know of caused Banner to become the Hulk, so that's the main reason why the government didn't try to make a super soldier Captain America, they didn't have access to any working serum at the time.

The final shot of Walker with the bloody shield is brilliant. He's definitely an interesting character, and you can kind of understand his motivations even if you're not necessarily agreeing with his actions or rooting for him. Also, Zemo is just iconic and we definitely need to see more of him 😄 Looking forward to the final 2 eps.

You can definitely watch Black Widow while you're also watching Loki. Black Widow and Loki have nothing crossing over.

My favorite episode of the series! The final shot of Cap's shield splattered with blood is so haunting. One of the most stunning shots of any of the Marvel shows. One of my favorite things about this show is the fact that there are so many rich, morally gray characters. The MCU films tend to gravitate toward characters who are explicitly good or explicitly bad, but I like that this show has introduced characters who are more complex than that. Characters you understand and empathize with regardless of whether you agree with them or not, and doing terrible things. I can't wait for you to finish up The Falcon and the Winter Soldier next week! And yeah, Black Widow was released in the middle of Loki's run, so I guess if you want to continue watching in release order, I'd say do that right after you finish Loki.

I remember going from holding back tears from the opening scene to literally being sick to my stomach at the end, seeing something that Steve held so dear and meant so much to so many people used as an offensive weapon against a helpless man laying on the ground, shouting “it wasn’t me”. Especially since the guy that Walker killed was the same one earlier in the episode saying he was a fan of Captain America. This show is such a rollercoaster and I love it! ❤️
