If videos are locked (Patreon)

Hey guys, a patron just messaged me saying that the videos were locked for her. I think this is because if you did not edit your pledge before august when I deleted that tier and made the cheaper one then you are not in a tier. I would think to unlock videos you just have to edit your pledge to the current full length tier. Please message me if this does not work as I can look into helping you :)
