The first chapter of My Girlfriend has been released on my Pixiv, the next chapter will follow the choice the readers made. I came up with the idea of an interactive story while I was wondering how to give people monthly content. I think I'm more comfortable doing visual novels than CGs, so I was wondering how could I make a visual novel that I could share monthly. The idea of mixing both formats hit me suddenly and I decided to try. So I'm making My Girlfriend as if it was a visual novel, but published in a CG format, making the readers vote for the choices.

Since this is something kind of experimental I decided to try it on Pixiv, to see how it goes. The response of the general public has been very positive. This content will remain public or semi-public, depending on the response of the followers. I'll make other Patreon exclusive polls regarding this content so Patreons can pick key aspects of the story for now, but in the future, the choices could become Patreon exclusive... or maybe all the content including the pictures will... We'll see how it goes for now. Also, the next installment will have some exclusive Patreon content for the Antagonist Tier, so look forward to it.

I'm also working on Teaser~Date~Kanon in parallel. All the writing and the programming for the Dresser scene are done. Now the only thing left is the CG. I made some tentative CG that I'm using as placeholders so I can see how they look in the actual scene (with text, SFX, music, etc...). These images are not polished (I need to fine-tune them later, and work on the expressions, poses, etc...). Some of them work, but some don't. The second image for instance looks weird. That's because I'm using a 55 mm camera so I can grasp the whole secluded space. If I use a normal 85 mm, I won't be able to catch the whole picture (Yukihiro might not even appear on it). So I'm having problems with these kinds of images, but I'm sure I'll resolve them eventually. I'm considering forgetting about the panoramic view and focusing on details instead (close-ups). I'll try that this week and see how it looks. As I said before, this is the hardest scene in the whole game, once I'm done with it, everything else will be downhill.

That's all for this update. Stay healthy!!
