The husband/boyfriend doesn't like it (it's not Netorase). But for some reason, he can't stop it, and he can't break up with her wife/girlfriend either. He is put in a position in which he has to accept the situation (it could be blackmail or debt, but if I get creative, maybe I can find other options). Examples for this would be Tsuma Monetize by Yunioshi or Somerare by Etuzan Jakusui (this is one of my all-time favorites).
