I don't know the full extent of Loonas magic to disguise herself but I do feel she might do something like this in an attempt so no one finds out she's doing this. 

As for this new character, sadly I wasn't able to come up with a name or a backstory. All I can tell you is he works he at the studio where they do the "Modelling".
