Dear Patrons,

I hope all is well. A million thank yous if you were able to make it out to the live show, and 500,000 thank yous if you didn't. Here's a clip from the Climate Town Town Hall Live that proves once and for all a public comments section doesn't necessarily have to end in tears or bloodshed. The next show is gonna have EVEN MORE weird audience involvement.

We're working hard on a new couple of videos but while they're getting cranked out, we'll have some nice live show content to tide you over.

All the best,
Rollie

The First Climate Town Town Hall - Public Comments Section

We did it! A successful town hall with all the pieces that make up town halls.

An Oni Moose

My org has a monthly forum, which began as just a local thing at a pub, then went online in 2020 when the pub closed, and now we're back at the pub and keeping the online thing (still ironing out the kinks). Our format has always tried to be 40% panelists, 60% audience participation. We've had a few issues, but mostly it's been great.

"I want to make them funny before I make them educational" is the right answer. And this is where so many climate communicators fail. Keep up the great work Rollie and team. Can you do a 'No, Hydrogen is not the answer' video - talk to the Hydrogen Science Coalition for facts, but then sex em up and make them presentable and funny. (The facts, not the HSC team).

Wow this looked so good! Wish I was there. Would NJB and Climate Town doing this in Amsterdam ever be on the cards too?! Business expense babby
