I hope everyone's December is humming along nicely. I wanted to send a quick update about the next video - it's gonna be a long one. While I keep trying to release shorter episodes, this one got away from me. I swear the next one will be shorter and come out sooner.

This one has to do with coal, and my co-writer Matt and I have been researching the coal industry for the past 6 months. We've written pages and pages of notes because coal is such a huge part of American and world history, and we finally boiled it down to a reasonable-ish length. 

Just a quick Patreon exclusive tip: If you haven't already seen the movie we're copying here ... (think: a certain length of time at a certain Bernie's house), hold out just a little longer. We're gonna have a watch party after the video premiere, and it could be fun to watch it together for the first time.
