This is what I was trying to help her out with. Doctor Strange is next in release order but Black Widow would have been before this in chronological order. I'm not sure which order she was doing but apparently everyone told her not to watch Black Widow yet. I'm not sure why as I am taking a hiatus from Marvel since End Game and haven't watched any of the movies since then. I would assume it is bc spoilers but I'm not sure.

Nah you can't tell her that its too much of a hassle to do that but not look at the end credits scene. It's much easier to watch it later and knowing "oh this was after Civil War"

I agree that the release order is the best and easier way. It’s the way the fans saw it released it theater and even though different movies are set in different time periods, the pieces fit together much better.

It's just the chronological order vs. release order. Some movies (Ms. Marvel/Black Widow) came out pretty recently but were set in the past. I think you're right to continue to do it in release order and aren't missing anything by doing that. (Probably more would make sense if you DO continue to do in release order anyways). Oooh! I hope you do Long Kiss Goodnight around same time as Ms. Marvel. I think both movies very similar (Samuel L. Jackson and plot line of amnesia). And it's a great action flick!
