Why was there Earth level gravity inside the worm inside the asteroid? The asteroid would not have anywhere near the mass of a planet.

Yes, Darth Vader is Anakin Skywalker (Luke’s father)! It shows Anakin’s life before he turned to the dark side of the force in episodes 1,2, & 3. Which also shows Luke’s mom. As far as Leia’s parents… they died on Alderaan (the planet that the empire blew up on “A new hope “) That’s why they chose to blow that planet up when she wouldn’t tell them where the plans were (the ones that she hid in R2-D2). It also shows her parents during the prequel trilogy (episodes 1,2, & 3) Other info: The animals they were riding at the beginning are called tauntauns. The ice planet is called Hoth. The swampy planet is Dagobah. The cloud city planet is Bespin. Han won the Millennium Falcon (Han’s Ship) from Lando Calrissian (the guy who betrayed them in cloud city) in a game of Sabaac (Star Wars version of poker). If you have any questions feel free to ask. I won’t tell you if I think it will spoil anything though!😊

I should explain the Force a little. It’s an invisible energy field that it’s inside everything. Most people aren’t aware of it but some are not only able to sense it but they can control it such as Luke, Yoda and Obi-wan. If you are trained you can become a Jedi, someone who is disciplined enough to control the Force with skill, however through temptation, a person can misuse their power for evil like Darth Vader.

Oh I have to add that Harrison Ford-Han Solo-is one of my favorite actors ever! He surprised a LOT of people after Star Wars by being INCREDIBLY diverse, and really well rounded, in terms of acting. He's also just really chill, and I love it when actors are like that. And Carrie Fisher (Leia) went through SO much over her years, including some mental health conditions, but she was SUCH a role model for so many people . One of the celeb's deaths that gutted me the most, RIP Carrie Fisher <3 I also LOVE your appreciation for Mark Hamill-Luke-one of the coolest actors out there, and not bad looking at all! Edit: And your reaction to the major movie twist "Luke, I am your father" is one of my favorite reactions to it! Just have to add that's considered one of the BIGGEST movie twists in cinema history.

to be fair I'm around a lot of Christain families, and people, so I'm actually used to people NOT knowing that line! So many in this religion won' t watch films like this, for the magic purposes.

Ok, so Leha's family and most everyone she knew were killed when Vader and Tarken blew up her home planet of Alderon in the first movie. Obi Won is now what we call a force ghost. He is able to live on forever this way. That is why he told Vader, "If you strike me down, I will become more powerful than you can imagine". The reason why Luke can see him on Dagobah is because that planet is very connected to the force. Not everyone can utilize the force as the jedi do, only force sensitive beings. They can use it to move things with their minds, sense things, manipulate the weak minded and it gives them insane reflexes and physical abilities. More will be explained about this in the prequels. I can't wait for you to do Return of the Jedi and then get into those movies. Have a great weekend.
