I have been learning how to use music pads. As it turns out, I love pads. It is finals week in university, and I have been very on top of things in that aspect. I managed to learn some more music and created some of these in time I had. I've been trying to make background music for SFW audios and more glitchy music to use in projects. I am still learning and getting better. Will work to have a NSFW tired math major audio in a few days.

Timestamps:

0:00 - SeaWaves

Trying ambient pads and just playing with a piano progression. There's some cute bits in the piano that I like.

0:34 - PadTestLightning2

Pad in a simple loop to test it. Reminds me of space games.

1:25 - PinkIce

This track's project file got lost, so it's somewhat unfinished and I can't edit much of it. I'll recycle what's leftover of it.

2:18 - SandShuffle

I like the sound of shakers and sand. I wanted to test out how it felt to make music with only one instrument because I get overwhelmed by every music program offering me 1000+ instruments... I understand why they offer so much, but it's just way too much for me. Made short melody.

2:48 - RAWDATA

This is music turned into its raw data components, causing it to become pure raw broken noise and static. Invokes emotion into me so I like it.

3:03 - Bygone

A distorted, destroyed mix of another song I made in an earlier music scrapbook.

5:00 - Vaseline Leg Crushed

I made half of this with a friend who was very inebriated, and then mixed it into a broken and bitcrushed version to add extra energy to it.

6:25 - Shattered

This is a corrupted, decimated version of PinkIce. I think it is very unsettling, so it can be used to set a spooky mood. I have a longer version of this but only put a small portion in here.

Ooh, I love it when you post these! This was some great background music for journaling. I found both “Bygone” and “Vaseline Leg Crushed” to be particularly fun ☺️

I am incredibly happy to hear that, there are a lot of musical artists I use as background music myself and hope to reach their level of experience someday. Thank you so much.
