Hello hello. I have been working quite hard with... physical therapy! I thought I would give an update on that.

I am getting much better with both of my hands. After losing a lot of use of my right hand, I have been mainly depending on my left one, but it has been very challenging, and I do need to avoid overusing it to avoid disabling that one as well. I can type, edit, and hold pencils/pens much easier than before and with much less discomfort/pain. I have met some very incredible people with their own disabilities recently (some with similar issues as me, and some with completely different ones) and they have been incredible people to know and learn from. I have even learned how to do some art/sketching again with my left hand, although it is still pretty difficult since I am very uncoordinated. I found that I can use a combination of speech-to-text and corrections with my hands which has been working, even if it does create some oddly structured sentences at time. But overall, both of my hands are settling into their new functions- all with more effectiveness and efficiency every day.

I should have a nice audio within the next 2 days (probably the road trip audio). I will... keep you updated!

And, here is the Current To-Do List (no set date for these, but this is the highest priority of what I am actively working on):

  • MM4A Road Trip Audio
  • Digital Love/Digital Yandere Project
  • Make an Airtable to organize audios and have a database in general (will make sifting through posts more accessible, provide a search function for tags/audios, sorting options, etc.)
  • Finish up some old posts (more about this later)

As always, thank you for the support. Hope you are doing well!

Congrats on your improvements with physical therapy! I hope you continue to feel better and I'm excited to hear your upcoming audios. Take care!

Health is a big priority, that is one thing I’ve learned. I have joined many artists’ Patreons recently to see how they do things, and learned how many of them end up hurting themselves bad from it. I will do no such thing here! Will still work hard but not too hard. Will take care and am wishing you good rest too.

It's been wonderful to learn about how you've grown, adapted and stayed positive through this experience with your hand. Yes, please take breaks when you need to and continue to work when you have the energy/inspiration. I appreciate the well wishes and will endeavor to do the same!
