Edit: Updated to no longer occasionally have duplicate tags thanks to some help (Now samples without replacement, and I don't wanna talk about how awkward that was to solve), and now uses the much more intuitive VLOOKUP instead of SWITCH statements thanks to someone suggesting it, making it easier to view/edit tag lists and optimizes code further! Woo
