WEIGHT GAIN UPDATE (Patreon)

Been just over a month now and I've gained a stone. Which is F@#kin awesome.

Had to make a chart and set 3000 cal daily goals which have been a slog,.but results don't lie. My abs are gone and going to gym and getting my own home weights has gone and earned me some guns.






I'm getting there slowly but so much more to eat and gainz to be made!
