COSTUME IDEA: Jose Carioca (Patreon)

Ever since I saw this RADICAL HONCHKROW COSTUME several years ago and seeing this tutorial for the costume wings I've wanted to make some sort of costume involving those wings! And now that I plan on going to SDCC again next year I want to make a new Super Ridiculously Complicated Cosplay!

I'm not too sure about this sketch, it might be Too Much or Too Far Removed from the Source Material (Jose Carioca from Saludos Amigos/Three Caballeros).
